Owner-chef Yumi Fujimori graduated from Tsuji Gakuen Culinary and Confectionery College in 2007. After gaining experience in Chinese Cuisine, in 2017 he became the youngest sous chef ever at Stargate Hotel Kansai Airport's Chinese restaurant [Seiryu]. Furthermore, I learned authentic French cuisine at Hotel Piena Kobe and became independent. Chef Fujimori offers a variety of innovative dishes that are perfect for anniversaries and special occasions.
