この日もちょい飲みをしようと思い、リンクス梅田へ
以前、同じリンクス梅田のもつ福さんに行った時、こちらのお店が目立っていて気になっていました。
座席数が少ないので以前は空きがなかったのですが、今回は空いていました♪
かきとかつお、どっちも好きなんで、それだけでテンションが上がりそうですよ（笑）
カウンターのみのお店で、空いている席に座りました。
まずは
・サッポロ黒ラベル 530円
お隣のもつ福さんでも生ビールはサッポロ黒ラベルでしたが、あちらは390円でしたね。
・お通しセット 600円というものがあったのでオーダーしました
このお通しセットがちょっと。。。お通しってすぐ提供されるものだと思うのですが、ちょっと待ちました。
焼きカキ1個とタタキ2切れのセットということでした。
まず最初に

おっとゴージャスな感じの器にのってきました～
ポン酢がかかっていて味はふつうにおいしい感じかな。

これ、20分くらい待ちましたよ～、焼きかきってそんなに時間がかかるものなんでしょうかね。。
メニューを見ると、カツオはたたきくらいですが、牡蠣に関してはいろんな料理があってよさそうですよ。
辛口を書いてしまいましたが、コンセプトはとてもいいと思いますので、お通しもうちょっとがんばってほしいですね～(^^♪
