お客様と打ち合わせディナーな夜。
ちょっとお酒は飲めない代わりに美味しいものをゆっくり個室で頂きたいねと彼と悩み、
探し当てました、
『KOBE STEAK Tsubasa 北新地店』さん。
北新地久しぶりやわ～・・・・
ネオン街は今大丈夫かしら？？
と思いながら行くとやっぱり若干シャッター街のような雰囲気と人気のない感じが寂しい。。。。
お店に入ってみるとそんな雰囲気はなくゴージャスでデートなどでもゆっくり出来そうなお洒落個室。
流石北新地、お料理も楽しみ♪
★季節のスープ
ピーナツカボチャのスープだそう・・・・。(@_@)
良い色～・・・コーンかな？と思ったらピーナツカボチャなる単語のスープと紹介され、
一同びっくり！！＆即いただきまーす！！笑
うん、かぼちゃのほっくり感と滑らかな食感、確かにちょっとナッツのような甘香ばしい感じもありつつ、
ただただ単純に美味しい≧≦笑
バターナッツカボチャとも言われるそうで、本物を見せてもらいました♪
形、面白―ぃ！
★黒毛和牛＆北海道産のフィレステーキ＆★彩り豊かな季節の焼き野菜
お洒落ですね、黒毛和牛のフィレ・・・・♪
そして2種類を食べ比べ出来るという事で楽しみ～♪
目の前でお野菜もお肉も綺麗に焼いてくれます♪
お肉はどちらも旨みもさることながら柔らかくジューシーで美味！！
お野菜は彩り豊かで見た目でも美味しく、お肉もお野菜も三種のお塩かソースで頂きます。
★ ご飯もの
牛筋たっぷり、カレーでした～♪
牛筋をやわやわになるまで煮込んだカレーって美味よね・・・・♪
美味しくお洒落で楽しい夜でした。
まだお酒提供が出来ない期間なのでお料理の進みが早すぎてランチ会のような短時間接待となりましたが(笑)
こんな折だからですねとお客様とも早い帰路につきながら、またゆっくりしましょうとお別れする。
お店の方がお話上手でしたのでお料理の事や最近の北新地事情なども聞きながら、
打ち合わせもしっかりしながら美味しく楽しい時間となりました。
また接待でもプライベートでもご利用したいと思います♪
