I wanted to eat Steak, so I went to this place in Shinchi. I have visited the main store once, but this is my first visit. This store opened just as the coronavirus pandemic hit. Of course, it just happened to open at the same time. I think the customers at that time were relieved that they were able to maintain social distance because the ducts were large and the seats were a fair distance from the seats next to them. On the day I visited, I wanted Steak, so I had a simple course. Two people shared 120g each of Kobe beef fillet and sirloin. It was 120g per person, but I was able to enjoy it. Both were grilled rare. I think that Steak is not only about the quality of the meat, but also about the skill of the griller. First, start by making the wrap soup. Lately, this heat-resistant wrap has been popping up a lot at both French cuisine and Teppan-yaki. It seems like everything is trendy. The menu is as shown in the photo. It seemed like there were two servings of garlic pilaf, which was a lot. Since the main dish is meat, one serving is enough. There was also a different brand of beer than the one I ordered from Sapporo Beer. (><) However, other services were also good. Thank you for the meal.
