...at) while watching the handiwork of the beef being prepared at a counter modeled after a Noh stage. The private rooms recommended for entertaining guests are made up of four rooms designed to represent the four seasons: spring, summer, fall, and winter. You can enjoy carefully selected domestic beef, Kuroge Wagyu beef, and Matsusaka beef. All seats are smokeless roasters, so ventilation inside the store is excellent. A must-see is the 9 types of ``meat Sushi'' and ``white Japanese black beef yukhoe'' devised by head chef Matsuura, which were introduced on TV.
