While I was taking a walk, what should I do for lunch? Sushi, Yakiniku (Grilled meat), or Ethnic Cuisine... While I was racking my brain, I discovered the rather cute name of the restaurant, Hiyoko Hanten. I see, Chinese food is what I'm looking for...I was convinced and headed straight into the store. Oh, there's Peking duck hanging there. My expectations are skyrocketing. I thought it was a good point to have all-you-can-drink options, so I ordered the featured Peking chicken. Appetizers such as zha cai, Xiaolongbao, stir-fried green vegetables, cloud bai meat, and shrimp Gyoza / Dumpling are all carefully seasoned and delicious! I made a big mistake considering I jumped in. The main dish, Peking chicken, has crispy skin and juicy meat. When I eat Peking duck, I always think that I don't eat it with meat, so I was very satisfied with this menu. The fried rice with salmon roe sauce at the end is too guilty. Well, Guilty is delicious, but lol. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal!
