オープン記念のステーキランチ １２０ｇ １０００円の立て看板がでてます
場所は、ANAクラウンプラザホテル北東角から北へ堂島上通りに向かう手前右手のK'sビル２階に在ります
肉好きオーナーさんが肉料理を堪能して貰いたく前菜からメインまで魚介を挟まない黒毛和牛のコースが自慢のようです期待が膨らみます
入口から店内までお祝いの胡蝶蘭がズラッと列んで北新地の雰囲気満載です
店内は、カウンター９席と奥に個室も有るようです
ランチメニューは

煮込みハンバーグランチ１８０ｇ １０００円
黒毛和牛サーロイン８０ｇ ３０００円

カウンター中央の鉄板で手際よく焼き上げて少し休ませてからカットして盛り付けられます
真っ白なお皿にグリーンサラダ、胡椒と塩に山葵が添えられて登場
赤出汁とご飯がセット
ステーキは、赤身で焼き加減はシェフ任せでミディアムレアってところです
私には丁度良い熱の入れようですが好みがあれば先に伝えておきましょう
山葵を載っけて食べたらウマウマ(^.^)
柔らかくて幾らでも食べれそうです
ハンバーグも気になるので次回チャレンジします
