牛でとった出汁をシャーベット状にして、葛でうった黒い韓国冷麺にかけていただく。メチャ美味い！
その味が、大阪は北新地に上陸オープン！もうハワイに行く必要なし！笑笑
ここの凄いのは、看板の冷麺だけやなくて、焼肉もかんなりハイクオリティ！特に、塩タンと、ハラミは特筆もの！鉄板で出てくるLAビーフが売りみたいだが、僕は普通に塩タンとハラミいちおしです！
