昨年の11月半ば辺りにお伺いして丁度一年後に行ってきました。
A5宮崎牛で未経産雌牛ときました、もう味の暴力の予感しかないですよね（笑）
昨年は昨年でたいへん美味しくて異次元肉の気分を味わっておりましたね。

かつてこんなにビールに合うお肉があっただろうか？
刺し系、センマイと大人の食べ物というか分かる方には分かる美味しさの食べ物です。
百聞は一見に如かずということで一度味わっていただきたい。
人間に生まれて良かったと思える刺し系、焼肉系、スープ系、肉寿司ばかりです。
季節柄スープ系や石焼ビビンバがたいへんあたたかくて凄く美味しかったですね。
お肉の硬さや味がなんだか違います。
今、まさに冬の飲み会シーズンで気の合う仲間達と飲み会としてテーブル席にくるか、
ご自身の大切な方との記念日として来てもいいと思います。
