これは行くしかありません。
ということで大阪での仕事の
帰りに2軒目として訪れました。
お初天神の路地にあります。
3人のためテーブル席へ！
メニューを確認すると、
旨そうなアテが豊富で！
鮨は一貫からオーダー可となって
います。
まず、

・子持ち昆布
・茶わん蒸し
をオーダー！茶わん蒸しは
オーダー後に調理です。
具たっぷり！出しもうまい！
ここから鮨です。
・ほうせきはた
・剣先イカ
・平目
・いくら
・雲丹
他の2人は、
・ほたて
・赤身
・トロ
・金目鯛
・鰻のかば焼き
・かんぱち
・天使の甘海老
を頼んでいました。
シャリはコンパクトで
食べやすく、飾り包丁や
一工夫で、にぎり鮨は、
予想以上の内容です。
