北新地永楽町通りのつきしろがランチをやってました。ランチは黒毛和牛のすき焼き定食 1300円です。温泉玉子有りが 1400円になります。
エレベーターに乗りビルの３階で降ります。
引き戸がとてもスムーズに開きます。これってとっても気持ちいいな。
カウンター６席とテーブル２つの、いかにも北新地らしいお店です。
まだ12時になっていないのですが、男女二人連れが２組カウンターに座っておられ、その間に座ります。
奥のお二人はご夫婦らしく、手前のお二人は打ち合わせをかねた昼ご飯のようです。男性が女性を接待している感じです。
若いマスク美人のお姉さんに、奮発して、黒毛和牛肩バラのすき焼き定食で温泉玉子有りを頼みます。
作るところが見えます。
すき焼は割り下で作っておられます。
できました。
すき焼、冷奴、粕汁、ご飯の定食です。
粕汁はとっても具だくさんです。牛肉まで入ってました。
冷奴はサラダが添えてありポン酢がかかってます。
すき焼です。
黒毛和牛肩バラ肉がとっても良いです。さすが北新地の割烹です。
普段安もんの牛肉しか食べてないので、ちょっと良いお肉を食べるとすごく美味しく感じます。
途中で温泉玉子を割ります。
うわっ、黄身の色がめちゃくちゃ濃いっ！
玉子すら良いものを使ってるんだな。
いつもはさっさと食べるのですが、ゆっくり味わって食べました。
