平日のお昼前に訪問。
エレベーターで3Fに上がって入店。
店内は落ち着いたシックな趣き。
カウンター席に座ってオーダー。ランチは「黒毛和牛肩バラのすき焼き定食」のみで玉子有りか無しかを選ぶくらい。今日は「有り」(1400円)と「生ビール」(400円)。
まずは生ビールをいただきしばらくして定食が。
すき焼きはバラ肉らしい脂があり味は濃いめ。半熟玉子を絡めて食べると良い感じ。美味い。野菜も入ってそれも良いお味。
すき焼きよりも気に入ったのが生ビールと粕汁。
ビールは薄めのグラスにきめ細かい泡のビールでグラスの口に当たる感じもやさしくて泡がなんといっても神泡です。久しぶりに上質なビールをいただいた気分。
粕汁は間違いなく美味い。個人的に好きだからってとこもあるんだろうがお店で食べる粕汁では1番だな。
贅沢な気分でランチできました。
