I came to Nakazaki Nishi's hideout, Kaiseki Katsura. I was shown to a private room. Fukuoka prefecture, Nishiyoshida Sake Brewery, horsetail, barley shochu. It has a light and fruity taste. The sweet sake blended perfectly into the fruity and sour balance of the loquats, and the accompaniment was ome kanroni. When eaten with sour jelly and junsai, the sourness of the green plums mellowed out, leaving a refreshing sensation in the mouth. The bowl is sweet shrimp mandarin. Served with black abalone mushrooms, ginger, and komatsuna. The scent of sudachi is refreshing. The fish are made with soleme, bonito, and cutlass fish. The lid is jade eggplant. A beautiful dish with the bright green color of the eggplant. The sole roe and small potatoes that are served as garnishes are also delicious with the scent of tree buds. . Grilled Hassun is made with cutlassfish shiitake mushroom roll, sea urchin egg, myoga Sushi, edamame, and hydrangea shrimp. The meaty cutlass fish is grilled with a fragrant aroma. The strong side dish is the beef tendon bun. The Isobe bean paste makes it melty and delicious. Meals were brought to us in clay pots. It's corn rice.
