Our duck meat is Kawachi duck from Tsumura main store! The duck at Tsumura Honten is the highest quality domestically produced duck meat, which was selected as the official ingredient for the G20 Osaka Summit. The Kawachi ducks are pulled every morning and are so fresh that you can taste them raw! Please enjoy our carefully selected duck dishes made with Kawachi duck. We offer a wide variety of sashimi, Yogan-yaki (roasted on a hot stone), Sukiyaki, and more! You can enjoy Yogan-yaki (roasted on a hot stone) grilling yourself at your table.

We offer rare parts of morning duck meat that are not available at other stores at a reasonable price that you won't find anywhere else in Kitashinchi, Osaka. At Kitashinchi ``Kamosho'' we offer Ramen and soba with carefully selected dashi and noodles! [Duck Soba] The special soup is carefully made from Hidaka-produced root kelp, bonito, and fresh duck, and the soba noodles are made using stone-milled soba noodles! The gentle duck stock permeates through. [Kamoshiro Ramen] The hot water is a rich soup that contains plenty of collagen and has been cooked for 8 hours!
