こちらは北新地の一角にあるビルの9階にひっそりと佇むカウンター6席の静かな隠れ家のようなお店です。
コースは3種類、シャンパン、ワイン、日本酒と一緒にお寿司をいただけます。
深夜まで営業されています(AM 4：00)
セイコガニは身を丸ごと甲羅の中に入れてあり、カニの身や内子、外子がたっぷり入って贅沢な一品。スダチの酸味が爽やか。
マグロと雲丹とキャビアを最中に乗せた一品。
極上のとろける味わいと、最中のサクっとした食感を楽しめます。
鰆は肉厚があり、皮はパリっと香ばしく、身はふっくらとして柔らかく絶妙な塩加減。
握りは一貫づつ目の前で丁寧に握られて味付けもして出され、お任せなので次は何かワクワクしながら待つ楽しさがあります。
剣先イカはねっとりと繊細な味わい。
鯛はすっきりと上品で柔らか。
表面を炙った春子鯛は、香ばしく余韻が残る。
シマアジは見た目も美しくコクがある。
ヒラメは身が締まって旨みがたっぷり。
中トロも上品な脂身で極上の口溶け。
かまとろも脂がのって芳醇な味わい。
北海道産の雲丹は瑞々しくフルーティー。
北海道産のうにや本マグロなど選りすぐりの素材をしており、オリジナルの赤酢と数種類のお酢をブレンドしたシャリは少し温かく、口に入れるとすっとほぐれ、ネタの旨みを引き立てていました。
