セコガニはぎっしりと身が詰まりに詰まってて、
外子、内子、蟹身をポン酢ジュレでいただく
マグロのモナカは雲丹が乗って贅沢～(^^)
焼き魚の鰆は皮はパリッと香ばしく身はふっくらで、
絶妙な塩加減で良き
そこから握りがスタート！の前に、ガリが︎︎︎︎︎
……ん？角刈りのガリ珍しい、、
これまた食べやすくて食感もしっかりしてるガリ
そして握りスタート
店主が目の前で握ってくれる(^^)
シャリはオリジナルの赤酢と数種類のお酢をブレンドしてるらしい
どれも美味しくいただけた
特には、かなり脂が乗ってて旨みが強かったシマアジ
北海道産雲丹がモリモリ乗って甘み、風味豊かで贅沢なウニドックは美味しかった✨
ボリューム感的には若干物足りなさはあるものの
雰囲気は抜群に良いため、デートなどの2～3軒目利用に良いんじゃないかな(^^)♪
