✔初ガツオのよだれ風ソース
分厚いカツオは脂がのっていて旨みがあり、スパイシーなゴマたれが良く合う。
✔牛湯引きバジルソース
ジューシーな牛の湯引きにバジルソース、香ばしいカシューナッツ、そこにドラゴンフルーツの果肉の食感がキモ。
✔ミル貝の湯引き
コリコリとした食感が特徴のミル貝は大きく、柚子の香りがアクセントに。
✔フカヒレのXO醤煮込み
しっかりと煮込まれているフカヒレはお箸ですぐに切れてしまうほど柔らか。
XO醤のスパイシーがしっかりと感じられる。

北京ダックはパリッと香ばしい。

辛さというかシビレの効いた麻婆豆腐、豆腐にお肉と具材がたっぷりでした。
✔胡麻団子、杏仁豆腐
甘さたっぷりの餡子に香ばしい胡麻の香りのきいたモチモチの胡麻団子、熱々なのが嬉しいですね。
杏仁豆腐は優しい甘さでプルプル食感、最後に温かい中国茶と合わせて食べてみてください。
