Hiltonホテルの地下では無くて
ヒルトンウエストの地下2階のダイニングフロアに2022年4月25日に開店した鰻屋さん
鰻の卸し屋さんの経営とメニューブックに記載はあるものの屋号等の記載は無い
メニューの写真には こちらと同様に鰻卸し屋さんが経営されている事を謳われておられる愛知県の鰻屋さんの写真が使われていました。
同じ経営？暖簾分け？ 詳細は不明ですが検索とお店の方への取材で判明
名古屋駅のミッドランドスクエアにも同名のお店がありました。

凄く広いお店 スッキリかつスタイリッシュでゆったりスペースです この立地でこの余裕ある席のレイアウト 贅沢です。
焼き場を眺めるカウンターへ
信楽焼きの独特な形の入れ物で登場 冷めないための工夫の様ですが大事な事ですよね
一匹そのままカットせずの形です 蒸しの入らないしっかり焼き
私は関東風の蒸しでトロトロな鰻は好みとは違うので皮がパリっと焼けたこちらの方が好み
タレも甘さ控えめでお酒に合います
子供達はトロトロ鰻で甘いタレが好きでしょうから
大人向きの味わいだと思いました。私好みの魚の美味しさが味わえるセッティングでした。
