神戸北野坂にある、料理屋植むらさんの系列店であるこちらのお店。
店主の川下さんは、鮨さえ㐂さんでお寿司も握られており…
え、既に情報量多い？よね？
お寿司を握っているということもあり、
こちらのお店の串揚げのネタは主に海鮮
旬のお魚のお揚げさんをいただくことができます
また、揚げるために使っている油はサラダ油やキャノーラではなく、
使っているのはごま油。
そのおかげで胃もたれしないの！
ぜんぜんしつこくなくて良き
□甘鯛の茶碗蒸し
一品目は茶碗蒸しから
□真鯛(明石)の素麺と、
ばふんうに(北海道)
真鯛と雲丹を混ぜて、ちゅるちゅるーっと
□車海老(熊本県天草)
添えられているタルタルソースを付けて食べるのですが、
車海老もタルタルソースもめちゃめちゃ美味しい
□太刀魚
さくらチップをス身がモークして香り付けされていました☺️

蟹のしゃぶしゃぶと甲羅のほぐし身。
ほぐし身は、椎茸と蟹味噌で味付け
優しいお味でした。

三つ葉と生姜が入ってました。

脱水されていて、身がふわふわ

鰆(さわら) の切り身の酒蒸しと、
本日使っていたお魚の出汁を贅沢に。
薄口醤油と昆布出汁で、
とっても上品なお吸い物。

□椎茸と帆立の貝柱
□ホタルイカの炊き込みご飯
〆のご飯はホタルイカの生姜の炊き込みご飯でした。
旨味の広がる春のごちそうですね！
しっかりめな醤油味に、
ホタルイカのうま味、生姜の風味が広がって美味しかった〜
□デザート
デザートはいちご。
練乳と一緒に食べるので、
お口の中もすっきり。さっぱり。
さえ㐂さんでお寿司を握られているのもあってか、
こうやって見返すと、
まるでお寿司を食べているかのようなメニュー構成。
そしてその構成でもしっかり美味しく楽しむことができました
ごま油のおかげで全く胃もたれも無く、
食べた後でも別の油っこい物がまだ食べられそう
ガッツリ揚げ物なのに、
むしろ油モノを食べた感覚が無い！
