Food Special ingredients “Satsuma chicken Daimaou”
Daimaou Satsuma Chicken is our original brand chicken that is fattened for over 120 days, about three times the normal time, in the vast nature of Chiran-cho, Minamikyushu City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It has a fine texture and soft flesh, and is characterized by a good amount of fat (marble). It has been five years since producers have repeatedly tried various methods in pursuit of truly delicious chicken. The chicken I was aiming for was finally completed. Please enjoy the elasticity, flavor, and marbling achieved through long-term proprietary fattening.

1. You can simply enjoy the elasticity and marbled flavor that only long-term fattened chickens can provide. 2. You can enjoy changing the taste with your favorite seasonings. You can eat the whole organically grown tea grown in our own tea plantation in Kagoshima in Kagoshima. Enjoy the change in taste by adding ``Tencha furikake'' using tea, shredded seaweed, and arare. 3. Pour in the soup stock made from bonito flakes and kelp, and add Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）stock and tencha furikake to enjoy the flavor of tea. A light, fragrant, and refreshing cup to finish off your meal.

Made with moist and soft Sakurajima chicken from Kagoshima Prefecture. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The peaches are juicy and full-bodied, and the breasts are tender and you can enjoy the natural flavor of chicken.
Food “Satsuma Akadama” fluffy dashi roll
``Satsuma Akadama'' is characterized by its dark yolk color and rich flavor. This soft and fluffy dashi roll is made with carefully selected eggs delivered from a contracted farm and plenty of mildly flavored dashi stock. In addition to the whole dashimaki set meal, you can also enjoy it as a set meal.
“Osaka Kashiwa Meshi” is a new specialty that pursues the deliciousness of chicken that can only be understood by the producers.
