梅田にやって来ました。仕事帰りの家族と待ち合わせて、ぶらぶらショッピングをして
お腹も空いたので、晩御飯を食べようと思います。
エキマルシェ大阪は、2022年7月14日グランドオープンしフードコートが中心になりました。
今まで何軒かのお店を利用しましたが、今夜は大坂かしわ飯 ロマン亭に行ってみます。
お店は小さいですがオープン形式では無く店内に席があります。並んでいる間にオーダーを告げ
案内されてカウンター席に座りました。目の前には 七味、山椒、黒胡椒、胡麻の器。
冷たい抹茶入り知覧茶がガラスのポットに入れられて持って来られました。
やがてお料理が運ばれました～私が 大坂鶏まぶし膳１８８０円 家族が 大坂鶏焼き膳１７８０円。（ご飯の量は大盛り無料）
大坂鶏まぶし膳は、さつま極鶏大摩桜を「ひつまぶし」スタイルで味わうということで
柔らかい鶏肉があっさりと味付けられていて、鶏そぼろ・炊いた人参・こんにゃく等が和えられた
ご飯に盛り付けられています。お茶碗によそって卓上の薬味をかけて食べても美味しい。
出汁巻き玉子、小鉢2種はさつまいもの甘露煮と青菜のお浸し、お吸い物付き。
次にお茶漬けセット（出汁、あられ、海苔、碾茶（てんちゃ）ふりかけ、お漬物）で
ご飯をお茶漬けにして頂きます。濃いめの出汁で風味豊かに〆られます。
大坂の名を付け、鰻ならぬ鶏まぶし膳というのもアイディアで 楽しく食べられました。
