広くてキレイな店内で、ゆっくりお寿司が食べられます。眺めも素晴らしい。

味は普通ですが、休日のランチ時に空いてて良いです。
シャリは赤酢っぽいですが、酸味は少ないので物足りませんでした。

個室で、ゆっくり美味いお寿司と、梅田の夜景を楽しみながらのひと時でした。特上にぎりと、後、巻き寿司や、気に入りのにぎりを注文して、満足度高い食事でした。
総合的にはそこそこのクオリティ
茶碗蒸しと雲丹がちょっと残念かも
一番お高いのはとても美味しかったです

築地でもなく、豊洲でもなく羽田市場？卸売市場を通さずに産地から超速輸送するからこの店名だそうです。
