この日、阪神百貨店で欲しかったものが
全て購入でき、次の待ち合わせまで残り30分。
9Fのこちらで、軽く食事をさせて頂きました。
とても早く提供してくださりそうな店名です♪
土曜11時半、一人で伺いました。先客8名ほどで
あとから6名来店。意外とおひとり様多し。
窓が大きくて外の見晴らしが良いテーブル席に
通されていました。私はカウンター席でお願いします。
【最初に注文したもの】
・超特選にぎり(小鉢、茶碗蒸し、赤だし付き) 4,300円
・日本酒飲み比べセット 1,500円
朝から何も食べておらず、にぎりのセットを頂きました。
3分で日本酒、その2分後に小鉢のもずく酢と
茶碗蒸しが登場✨私にとってはベストな配膳順です。
さらに5分弱で にぎりセット。何という早さでしょう。
テンポが良くて居心地 抜群。
まだまだ時間があったので、鉄火巻や牡蠣、蛤、
黄金イクラも追加。これらほとんどは
「今日のおすすめ」メニューですが、ネタが大きく
鮮度の良さを感じて美味しかった！
特に黄金イクラ。透き通ったヤマメの卵は、通常の
イクラより硬めのプチプチ感。濃厚さは なくて軽い。
爽やかであっさりした風味。上品なのです。
滞在時間23分で11:56退店。Sポイントカード使えました。
3名の寿司職人と2名のホールスタッフ、
ほか1名がお会計担当と、とてもスムーズ。
気持ち良く食事を済ますことができました。
心地良いひとときに感謝♪ごちそうさまでした。
