平日、ディナーで訪問です。( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
北新地にある焼肉店で、事前に予約をして訪問。
この日は予約で満席だったので予約がおすすめです。
おしゃれで北新地な焼肉店の店内です。
そんな雰囲気にドキドキ。\(//∇//)\
以下のお料理をいただきました。
・前菜 九種盛
・松阪牛 生ユッケ
・特選厚タン塩
・希少部位 三点盛
・松阪牛 特上伍感ハラミ
・伍感冷麺（ハーフ）
・本日のおすすめアイス（ヴァローナココア）
松阪牛の生ユッケ…
贅沢すぎました。松阪牛100%。
濃いめの卵と絡めてとろける美味しさです。
特選厚タン塩は、分厚いタンですが、噛み切れるほどの柔らかさ。噛むほど旨味が増します。
希少部位は、薄くてサシが入ったものがササミ、カイノミ、イチボでした。
ジューシーなお肉たちが、少し酸味のあるさっぱりとしたタレに良く合います。
そして最後は特上のハラミをいただきました。
ハラミと思えないジューシーさと柔らかさ。
ラストは冷麺で〆。
焼肉の後に相応しい、さっぱりとした上品な冷麺でした。
おしゃれな雰囲気ですが、店員さんは気さくな感じでギャップが良きでした。素晴らしい接客。
お肉の部位を覚えられなくて何回も尋ねましたが（ごめんなさい）、優しく教えてくださいました。
帰りに、GOKANのロゴ入りミンティアもいただきました。(*≧∀≦*)ご馳走様でした。
