大阪旭区で50年創業され、
満を持して北新地に出店された焼肉屋さん。
北新地に出店されてからは1年半。
創業以来続く秘伝のタレと、新鮮なお肉☺️
この日はそんな素敵なお店に2人で伺いました
この日はアラカルトメニューで注文していきました☺️

□松阪牛生ユッケ
卵黄を潰していただきました。
濃厚で美味しかったー
甘辛いただきましたタレがかかっており、
口の中でまったり。味がより際立ちます。
□美白センマイ
コリコリ食感と、レモンや酢味噌で美味しい
□特選タン塩ネギ包み
タンにぎっしりと詰まったねぎ。
ロースターが他の焼肉屋さんと違って、
時間をかけてじっくり火を通して焼いていくタイプ。
しっかり焼いているのにネギの食感が残っており、
ネギ塩タンを余す事なく味わえます
お米ほしいーー！！！

柔らかく、そして分厚いハラミ。
脂もノリノリで甘い
ワサビをつけていただくとさっぱり美味しい
□松阪牛焼きすき
タレと卵黄に絡めていただきました。
こちらも脂が乗っていて、口の中で暴れるというか、
甘み、旨味が爆発します
これはお酒放り込みたくなりますね！！
□伍感冷麺
〆の冷麺。
無くても充分楽しめますが、
お酢も好きなだけ入れられます☺️

ジェラートでした
お口さっぱり。すっきりジェラートです。
有名人の方もたくさん来られていて、
普段使いされてる有名人もたくさん居られるとのこと
なるほど、納得の美味しさでした☺️
