The even more impressive "Assorted 24 Kinds of Chicken Sashimi" is also available (reservations required). *We suggest making a reservation at our sister store, [Bamora Kamiyamacho Store], which is fully booked at the time of order. *As quantities are limited, it may be difficult to provide depending on the availability of local chicken.

We use domestically produced binchotan charcoal to make our fresh Yamato Meat Chicken, which can also be eaten raw, into Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). We purchase the whole chicken, so we also offer rare cuts such as scallops and kumquats in limited quantities. *We are limited in the amount we can purchase, and in order to maintain the "best freshness and flavor," we do not freeze the chicken. Depending on the situation, some products may be out of stock. We recommend making a reservation in advance, but of course you are also welcome to just drop in!

A fruit smoothie sour that changes with the seasons. It is made by mixing fresh fruit with a blender.
