Food Unprecedented thickness! Exquisite Pork Cutlet with a focus on filling and deliciousness
We are particular about the taste and volume of Pork Cutlet. Carefully selected rare parts of pork are cut into 5cm thick pieces and cooked at low temperature for 24 hours to condense the flavor. It is thick yet soft and juicy. This is a specialty that is carefully wrapped in a crunchy batter one by one and deep-fried with a unique blend of lard and salad oil. With its impressive visuals that look great on social media and its carefully selected deliciousness, it has been flooded with interviews from all over the world! We are also actively developing a new menu.

We use our original bread made using the yudane method for the bread we sandwich Pork Cutlet with. By gelatinizing the starch in the flour, it has a chewy and fluffy texture. Between Pork Cutlet and the bread, there is plenty of original rich sauce made with luxurious tomatoes from Okayama Prefecture! We also have a daily flavor of rusks made from bread ears. For drinks, we recommend lemon squash with citric acid.
