当日、他用が入ってきてしまい、でもキャンセルしたくないので、NHにお電話し、「全部食べ切る時間が無い可能性があるので焼き菓子だけでもテイクアウトにできないでしょうか。」と相談させていただいたところ「一切それはできないんです。」とのこと。
でも、こう思いました。
食べログの他のかたの投稿に「手土産にカヌレをいただきました。」と載っていたのにな。今日は焼き菓子でなく生菓子なのかな。と。
結果、その日、カヌレが出てきたのですが、
時間を気にして急いで食べるよりは、持ち帰って、ゆっくり味わって食べたかったなとは思ったのですが、
まあ、それは、お店の方針なので、仕方ないです。
お料理は、
フォアグラ、キャビア、ウニ、スッポン、
など、
上等な食材が含まれたお料理たち、
当たり前に美味しいというか、
当たり前の組み合わせというか、
私にとっては新しい食の驚きや発見や感動みたいなのは特に無かったです。
他店にはなかなか無いドリンクがあったので、それは嬉しかったり、
オーブンが良かったりトイレも良かったり、
他店より目覚ましい部分も多々あるので、
味覚以外の感性もたくさん刺激するレストランでありたいという、革新的な感じを、受けました。
