北新地 屯舎 喜酔
（大阪市北区・大阪駅前第1ビル）
駅前ビルで古物売却してからランチ。1ビルB1の鯖と蒸も気になったが、もうちょっとと粘ったところ、福寿の近くに胡蝶蘭と「営業中」の普段を発見。唐揚げ定食もある。行ってみよう。
店内は薄暗く、そしてかなり大箱で、結構お客さんは入っているのだが、なんせ薄暗い。暗闇に人の気配があり、うごめいている感じなのだが、しばらくするとこちらも目が慣れてきて、なんの違和感もなくなるから面白いものである。
４人掛けのテーブルに案内され、予定通り唐揚げをお願いする。料理はスピーディに5分ほどで供され、みたところ結構ボリューミーである。
いや、これは盛り方かなとも思いながら食べ始める。ご飯とみそ汁はお替りＯＫというのが、そういえば最近そういう店が減ったような気もする。唐揚げの皿には、唐揚げが立体的に盛られ、レタス、キャベツに、マヨネーズとオレンジ色のドレッシングがかかり、更にレモンが添えられ、ポテトサラダまで盛り合わされている。この、ちょっとちょっと色味の違うものを、ぎゅっと盛り付けるのが、ボリューミーの正体－というのが俺説。
それに、みそ汁、漬物、ごはんと、更に小鉢でゴーヤの煮付けまでついている。みそ汁のは葱とわかめがどっさり入っているのもいい。全体にサービス精神があふれているのを感じる。
ちなみに、ドリンク（お酒）は、15時まで1杯190円。昼からも仕事なんで飲んでないけど、昼酒にもいいね。（2023.5.1）
