元祖海老出汁 もんじゃのえびせん

たしか、ホワイティうめだのＮＯＭＯＫＡに新しい店ができたはず－と思い出しながら訪ねてみたら「えびせん」というもんじゃ焼きの店ができていた。暑いときこそもんじゃ焼である。しらんけど。
こちらのお店「海老出汁」が名物らしいが、よく考えずに「毛沢東スパイスマーボー（もんじゃ）」を注文。
先に出てきたのは「元祖海老出汁もんじゃ」。鉄板は１枚しかなくて、その１枚を存分に使って作っていってくれる。ひとりずつ食べるというわけにもいかないので、シェアしていただく。「元祖」は、海老、イカ、ベビーホタテ、とびこ、紫キャベツ、ネギという内容。もちろん、海老出汁なので、今までに食べたことのあるもんじゃとは全然違う味。海鮮がいっぱい入っていてリッチ。
食べ終わったら毛沢東の登場。具の盛り付けは美しいが、それを一気に鉄板の上に広げ、混ぜて焼いていく。スパイスマーボーなので、やっぱり辛い。英語だと、辛いも暑いも熱いもホットだなと、違ったら知らんけど、まあなんにせよホットなもんじゃ。
食べながら、こちらもこれまでに私が知っているもんじゃと異なり、これは麻婆豆腐だなという結論に至る。おい飯が用意されているのも納得。作ってくれた店の人曰く、天満に１号店があり、こちらは２号店とのこと。次は福島に店が出来るというので、その調子で環状線を一周したら面白いな。
