I found a restaurant in Kitashinchi that had good value for money and was highly rated, so I went there. You can make reservations online, and there are private rooms that are easy to use, so it looks like a good place. The shop is on the third floor of the building, huh? Isn't there an elevator? It is located at the top of a straight staircase. It's a building with an unusual structure. On this day, we decided on the [Light course + 150 minutes of all-you-can-drink], which is recommended by the restaurant and is the most popular. Recommended for a drinking party after work. 12 dishes in total, 6,000 yen. Draft beer also available. The course contents are as follows: Assorted kimchi / Assorted namul / Choregi salad Yukhoe / Assorted 3 types of vegetables / 3 types of Salted beef tongue tongue / 3 types of hormones / Wiener rice / Wakame soup / Vanilla ice cream This is all-you-can-drink for 2 hours and 30 minutes, cost performance. It's too amazing. Ordering alcohol is done using the QR code method, which is very rare in Kitashinchi. First of all, I ordered draft beer, but the beer never came. The remaining time for all-you-can-drink is ticking down on the smartphone screen, and when everyone asks, ``Is this the strategy?'' and tells the lady at the bar, she replies with a big smile, ``Yes♡ I'll check.'' It's amazing. So, let's pull ourselves together and have a toast with some draft beer! Ichiban Shibori is delicious. First of all, the appetizers came quickly, and this is probably their specialty, ``Gouty Yukhoe.'' The yukhoe looks like it's cooked through, but there are three beautiful eggs on it, so it really stands out. It's nice to see the lady attentive enough to ask things like, ``The course comes with rice, but would you like me to bring it to you first?'' If you are a human, you would want to eat this Yukhoe with rice. This was already the best. but! I will never come back for all-you-can-drink alcohol. When I asked the older sister, ``Did you receive my order using the QR code?'' she said, ``Yes, I'll check.'' and she smiled again... No, that's not true anymore. This happened a few times after that, but eventually it calmed down. I don't know if I happened to be busy, or if my pace slowed down. The most important meat started with the tongue, but it was all beautiful and tasted like the quality of the meat. The only disappointing thing was that the hormones were only minus 1 for each number of people, so I didn't have the guts to ask the store, "Aren't you missing a piece?" However, at this point, there was still time left for the all-you-can-drink option, and the light course wasn't quite enough, so I ordered additional items like green Salted beef tongue and short ribs. This pattern is quite suitable for young people who eat a lot. That's it for this day. The food is delicious and satisfying, and the customer service is full of smiles, for better or for worse, and the cost performance is really good, so I can't really complain.
