達磨蕎麦（¥710→¥100）
天ぷら盛り合わせ（¥680）
¥100で食べまくっているので、ちょっと奮発して、天盛りいただきました‼︎
生憎、タタキは完売ということで、看板メニューの達磨蕎麦にしました
甘めの出汁が天つゆっぽくて、正解だったかもwww
天盛りは、エビ、カボチャ、大きなナスに、鶏の4種類
ごま油で揚げているので、カラッと、サラッと、幾つでもいけちゃうやつ、危険なやつです（笑）
カボチャは火を入れることで甘みが増して美味い‼︎ナスは程よくトロトロで達磨蕎麦の出汁といい塩梅‼︎
鶏ももは、ジューシー♪
結果的には組み合わせとしては○でした

今月のみの破格‼️大盤振る舞い♪
・達磨蕎麦
・ラー油蕎麦
・牛たたき蕎麦
・豚とろろ蕎麦
の4種類は、お一人様一杯までは¥100‼️
んなバカなぁ〜、通常よりちょっと少ないんじゃないの？と疑りながら、着丼(^^)
牛のたたきも、しっかり4枚綺麗に並べられており、色鮮やかですね♪
糸唐辛子がいいアクセントになって、たたきと蕎麦といいバランス(^^)
儲けは度外視だとは分かっていますが、この無謀とも言えるチャレンジに、こちらが恐縮してしまいます
頑張って、今月中に残り3品狙います（笑）

今日のランチは、
鉄板酒場 達磨 牛たたき蕎麦（¥1,130→¥100）
これでラスト‼️
5月一カ月は、オープン記念として、4種類のお蕎麦が、いずれも一杯¥100と出血大サービス♪
一通りいただいた上で、ラストを飾るにふさわしい、牛たたき蕎麦で〆ました(^^)
肉厚のたたきが5枚、白すり胡麻をこれまでか！っというぐらいふっていただき、蕎麦を口にいれた瞬間、胡麻の香りがふわぁーっと、いいですね。
冷水で締めたお蕎麦も、キリッとしていて、噛むほどに甘味を感じ、ついつい手が止まらない（笑）
ラストも堪能‼️
