Food Our carefully selected meatballs are prepared by hand every day!
Toritan's specialty, "tsukune" (chicken meatballs), is handmade every day. Because homemade tsukune is the icon of the restaurant, we went through a lot of trial and error in everything from the ratio of ingredients to the preparation method, seasoning, how to eat it, and how to grill it, to create something that is "this!"
