梅田に新しくオープンされた鮨処いこうさんに知人と訪問
梅田駅から徒歩7分
中崎町駅から徒歩3分ほどのお店
この日は5500円のコースでご予約させて頂きました。
(こういったカウンターのお寿司屋さんにしては安くてびっくり)
コースはまず前菜8種から
-大根のふろふき
-油揚げとひじきの煮物
-魚の出汁で炊いたきんぴらごぼう
-ほうれん草お浸し
-トマト出汁煮
-季節果実の白和え
-茄子の炭火焼
-黒枝豆の炭火焼
どれも美味い
特にトマトの出汁煮は見た目もさることながら和テイストな風味のトマトが「もう一個食べたい...」と思ってしまう
イチジクの胡麻クリームソースがけ
工夫を感じられて良い
甘いイチジクとクリーソースの相性が良く、複雑で奥行きのある旨さ

刺身と握りは文句なしに美味い！
ネタによって赤酢と白酢を変えているらしく、大将のこだわりが伺える
若そうな大将だが、みっちりと修行をされた方らしく食べてみて納得の味でした
個人的にはいわしの握りが見た目も味も1番美味しかった
しっかり「鮨」を食べたなと思わせてくれる高い質と量に満足

大将の手作りらしく、この価格帯とは思えないこだわりに感服
これだけ食べて飲んでドリンク込みで6000円台
立地も考えるとコスパ良すぎて驚き
「はじめての回らないお鮨」がコンセプトらしくコスパの良さを考えても若い方にもおすすめのお店でした
