The hand-wrapped Gyoza / Dumpling in the shop are so small that even women can eat them in one bite! No garlic! But it packs a punch with plenty of ginger.It's delicious even without the sauce, but we also recommend eating it with homemade chili oil and vinegar, which has a strong flavor that contains Seafood extract★
