2023年11月29日にオープンした「焼肉 心たけ」に行ってきました。
こちらは「老松通」にある瀟洒なファサードの和食レストラン「KoKoRoTaKe」の姉妹店です。
場所は「炭火焼肉 銀のて」→「薩摩 牛の蔵」と以前も焼肉屋さんがあった「幸田ビル」の2Fにあります。
折しも、オープン記念価格継続中で「黒毛和牛焼肉ランチ（上）」が（通常価格？）1,430円のところ1,100円でした。
先に、トレーでランチのセットが運ばれてきました。
サラダです。縦にスライスされたキュウリが瑞々しいです。
ワカメスープは、ギュッと旨みが濃縮されていてビンビンに、(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!!!
必須アイテムのキムチとご飯です。ご飯はお代わり出来ます。
焼肉のつけダレです。少し甘めです。
自分で焼きながら食べるスタイルではなくて薄切りの牛肉は、厨房でプロの手によりミディアムに焼かれて出てきます。
それを鉄板上の灼熱のステーキペレット（焼き石）に載せて・・・
ジュウ～♪と激しい音を立てながら、reheatして頂きます。因みに鉄板は熱くないので安全です。
美味しかったです。出来ることならずっと続けて欲しいですね！オープン記念価格のままで。＾＾
