A reproduction of Busan's specialty cold pork trotters (Naengchae jokbal)! In the hot summer in Busan, thinly sliced pork is eaten with cold vegetables seasoned with mustard vinegar. It is also eaten locally, wrapped in lettuce with kimchi, sweet and sour radish, and other condiments, just like samgyeopsal!
