久しぶりに大阪キタの新地を歩きました。
北新地は料亭やフレンチなどの高級店がひしめいていて、夜はとうてい太刀打ちできないのですが、昼は1100円程度でランチを食べることができます。
堂島中通りに新しいお店を発見しました。MORGENという焼肉屋さんです。
ランチメニューを見てみると 1100円で焼肉定食とハンバーグ定食があります。
店内は黒を基調としたとってもシンプルでモダンな内装です。
カウンターに案内されます。
ハンバーグ定食を頼みます。ごはんとスープのおかわりＯＫで、そのうえ生玉子一つついてます。
カウンターにはコンロが据え付けられています。
生玉子とたまごにかけるお醤油が置いてありました。
やってきました。
わりとご飯が多めです。
わかめスープと漬物がついてます。
ハンバーグはほとんどつなぎを使っておらず肉だけで作っているように感じます。
ハンバーグそのものにしっかりと味がついてます。この味の付け方は初めてでした。
ごはんが進みます。
もちのろん、おかわりをします。
二杯目は玉子かけごはんにしていただきました。
