Our yakitori is carefully skewered one by one and uses Oyama sardine, which is characterized by its firm texture. The recommended dishes are "negima" and "kimo". We also offer a limited number of "soriless", a rare cut of chicken that can only be taken two times from one chicken. Our homemade meatballs are also very popular. Choose from all kinds, sauce, or salt. In addition to seared and grilled local chicken, we also have a wide selection of a la carte dishes.
