梅田、茶屋町にある隠れ家イタリアンのお店。
店内は少し暗めで雰囲気が抜群です
お洒落すぎてびっくりした。笑
□焼きたてパン
こちらのお店は焼きたてのパンがおかわり自由！
燻製のクリームチーズをつけて頂きました。
手で持てないくらい熱々のパンを席まで届けてくださるのですが、
この最初のパンからもうめっちゃ美味しいの
おかわり自由なんて、、パンばっかり食べてしまう笑
□黒毛和牛のタルタル〜バタートースト添え〜
こちらも熱々のバタートーストが付いてました
和牛のタルタルを乗せて、そのまま口の中へ…
□生ハムとブラータチーズ
上手すぎる生ハム、、
そこにチーズを巻いて食べます。
とろけるチーズと生ハムは相性が良すぎてお酒がとまらん。
□アボカドサラダ

ここのお店の野菜、新鮮さがやばい
めっちゃ瑞々しくて野菜の食感も採れたて？ってくらいフレッシュでした

目の前でカットしてもらえるよ☺️☺️
脂身の無い赤身のお肉で旨味もしっかり。
レア焼きで提供されるので、自分好みの焼き加減に焼く事も
熱々の塊肉を目の前で切ってもらえるライブ感は圧巻でした
□ガーリックライス
お肉を食べた残った肉汁で作るガーリックライス。
にんにくの香りがふわっと効いてて最高の〆
何食べてもハズレ無くて、お店の雰囲気も抜群で
最高でした
