Kitashinchi "Niku Kappo SHUN" Today I went to a meat kappo restaurant run by a French cuisine craftsman..!! As the name suggests, this restaurant specializes in meat, and the chef is a chef who brings out the maximum flavor. You can feel the karma. I was drawn into the world view from the exterior before entering the store, and the inside of the store was very nice with its unified color scheme of brown and gray. [Here is the menu I received] ・Meat Sushi of Japanese black beef, scallops, spear squid, Kasumi crab salad ・Japanese black beef rump meat, Hokkaido sea urchin sea urchin rolls ・Yellowtail radish ・Turnip sauce and Japanese-style chawanmushi ・ Cow tongue Roast - Meuniere of lead veau - Poiled sea bream - Roti of Kuroge Wagyu beef fillet - Earthenware pot rice with firefly squid and rape blossoms - Homemade catalana It seems that the dishes change depending on the season, so we had the March course. I went there without knowing much about the restaurant, but as soon as I ate the scallops, I could tell that he must have been trained in French cuisine. It's amazing. All of the meat is perfectly cooked and served pink. It's sure to look great in photos! My personal favorite is ``firefly squid and rape blossom rice'' ✨ It's not meat! The meat was delicious, of course, and it was amazing, but since it was called Niku Kappo, I had no idea it would be delicious. It was a perfect score of 100. But this cooked rice was not what I expected. It really felt like spring, and the dashi soup was seasoned elegantly, and I was happy the moment I put it in my mouth. They poured dashi soup over it so you could taste it twice like hitsumabushi. I prefer not to use it. Well, everything from the customer service to the atmosphere of the restaurant and the taste of the food was satisfying. It's a great store, so you should definitely check it out. it's recommended!
