We use Shimanto Beer Beef, a brand of beef that Kochi Prefecture is proud of. This is a rare brand of beef that has few distributors and only a few restaurant nationwide that carry it. Because it is grown on feed blended with brewer's yeast, it is not greasy and has both flavor and juiciness. We want you to enjoy the original taste of the meat, so please enjoy it first as is, then add some salt. We are also particular about vegetables, and offer courses that focus on seasonal vegetables.
