We carefully select and purchase Omi beef, one of Japan's three major Wagyu beef, through our own official route. We offer A4 to A5 rank high quality branded Wagyu beef at reasonable prices. Each course is served with a special dish that is characterized by its softness and elegant taste. From lunch to dinner, you can enjoy it at any time of the day or night. Our unique new dish ``Tsuyu-shabu'' uses pork sliced into 0.8mm thin slices using a special manufacturing method.
