2024年3月25日、東通から少し入った路地に新しくオープンしたお店「薪焼き flamma」へ。
オープンしたてのこちらは産地にこだわった食材を、ライブ感溢れるオープンキッチンで楽しめるお店。
珍しく薪焼きを楽しめるとのことで楽しみにしていました。
薪火がよく見えるキッチンを囲んだカウンター10席＋テーブル席+個室で構成された店内は入った瞬間にテンションが上がるおしゃれ具合。
デートや記念日にここに連れてこられたら喜ばない女性はいないでしょう。

高いクオリティと目の前で料理が出来上がっていくライブ感でこのお値段は破格です。
特にこちらのお店のスペシャリテ、薪焼き野菜は3種のソースと薪の香ばしさで野菜の旨さを引き立ててうまい！
オプション黒毛和牛に変更できるのですが、こちらのお肉も柔らかく、完璧な薪焼きです。
最後にはほうじ茶とこれまた表面を薪で焼いたバスクチーズケーキでほっこりと。
