食べるお料理に会話も弾みます！
ホタルイカのカナッペ、キャビアのせは
目の前で仕上げてくれるのが嬉しい☺️
新じゃがといくらのポテトサラダ風
オランデーズソースや
4日間熟成した鯖を
鰹出汁ジュレと白トリュフパウダーで頂いたりと
一工夫もすごい☺️
そしてスペシャリテは12種類の野菜を
まるで絵のように盛り付けしていき
まさに芸術的！！！とっても綺麗✨
大和ポークはとても柔らかく
赤ワインソースと合う
桜エビがいいアクセントのリゾットに
最後はバスクチーズケーキとほうじ茶でFinsish！
とっても満足！
