女性の活躍を支援するプロジェクトから生まれたお店というのを小耳にはさんで、東京からのゲストとの会食で伺いました。
インターホンを押して入ったり完全キャッシュレスなど、随所に女性が安心して働けるように配慮が感じられます。
お料理は2つのコースが用意されており、どれも女性ならではの目線で作られたであろうメニューで、味はもちろん彩りや器まで「らしさ」の詰まったもので楽しませていただきました。
今後は、もっと気軽に入ってもらいたいとの思いから、単品メニューを増やすことも検討しておられるようですので、徐々に進化していくのが楽しみなお店です。。
ゲストはさすが大阪のお好み焼き屋さんだと満足して帰られましたが、ここはスタンダードなお好み焼き屋さんではなく、特別なお好み焼き屋さんです。。。
