というわけで、おかざきさんに来てみました！！
ランチは1人前だけじゃなく、1人前半の握りがあるというのも嬉しいですね
場所が少し分かりづらいですが、北新地ではよくあることです
お店はまさに、高級寿司店でっせええええええ！！
というオーラを放ってます！！
若いと、財布の中身が寒いと、ためらっちゃいますが、お店の外に値段書いたメニューが出てますので、安心してのれんをくぐりましょう

腰をおろし、おしぼりをいただいて、握り1人前半を注文
最初に出てくるのは冷やし茶碗蒸し

いやでもね、かっぱ巻きからして違いがあります
かっぱ巻きが美味しいと感じたなんて、人生で初めてですよ
キュウリをただ巻いただけのお寿司に違いが出るのが、やっぱりそれが北新地に構えている店の違い、職人の技なんでしょう
もちろんイカやマグロもとても美味しいです
口に含むとほろりと崩れるシャリは、まさに技です
それに、数の子やウナギのような高級ネタも入ってますし、味もすばらしいです
数の子のぷつぷつとした歯切れ、歯触り
ウナギのこってりとした甘さ
お寿司の桶の中が、まるで小さなコース料理のようになる
まさにそれが、こうした握りのお寿司の良さですよね
それがこのお値段でいただける、やっぱり北新地は西日本の誇る最強の美食エリアです
