☆彡 Seeing the impressive storefront in Kitashinchi, I immediately jumped in for lunch.The lunch menu only has two choices: chirashi Sushi and tekkadon.You can order both for 1,000 yen, but all the customers around me are ordering chirashi Sushi. But I was looking for the Tekkadon. Even if it was hit or miss, 1,000 yen was acceptable. ○Tekkadon (1,000 yen) Comes with chilled chawanmushi and sumashi soup. Seeing the dark-colored tuna sliced into thin slices, I was hoping it was a hit menu. All I had to do was put rice vinegar sushi in a bowl and put the tuna on top, but as I watched the chef at the counter, I had a feeling it would be a mistake.The sushi had a slight warmth to it and was made with old-fashioned rice vinegar.
