イタリアンの高級有名店といえば?
ポンテベッキオ!
と第一に出てくるようなお店ですね。
初めての来訪ですが、ポンテベッキオってミシュランとってないんですかね?調べても出てこなかったので、知ってる方いれば教えてください。
料理はどれも創作性があり、新しい味の発見もありました。
天然鮎のコンフィは低温でじっくり揚げている為、骨まで全部食べれて新食感。
また、天然鮎の独特の内蔵の苦味もいいアクセントとなり、1番のお気に入り。
ただ最近は新進気鋭のフレンチなどでは値段を凌駕ふる高級食材をふんだんに使ったものもあるので、値段に見合った高価な食材を使っているかと言われればちょっと疑問ありかなぁと思います。
ただ、雰囲気やサービス、料理の独創性や美しさでは、やはり名店という風格。
