開拓の曜日ということで、古民家を改装し独特な雰囲気を持つ『かんてきや要』さんへ初訪です。限度額を緩和しやっとこの日がやって来ました。
和の造りで趣きのある雰囲気で玄関へ…お邪魔します。玄関から圧倒的な贅沢仕様！いや～これは素晴らしい…(^^;
履き物を脱いで掘炬燵席へのご案内…ここも落ち着いた雰囲気でいい感じ…(^^;

基本の『日替り松花堂』をオーダー！
暫し待って配膳され『あと天ぷらがありますので…』にビックリマーク！これで、おかずが五種、御飯、汁物、香の物という豪華な構成です。
『いただきます。』それぞれテンション上がりまくりの美味しさです。量も当然ながらかなりあるので満腹状態で完食！『ごちそうさま。』
料理の内容は意識低いので分かりません。写真参照で…来年度くらいからちゃんと書けるようにしなければ…
料理、サービス、雰囲気全てにおいて素晴らしく感じましたので最高評価となりました。

2018年度の本格的な始まり…＼(^o^)／
再訪の曜日ということで、順番ルールによりたまたま前年度１位の『かんてきや要(かなめ)』さんへ伺いました。
屋根を葺き替えているので外観全体の撮影は断念…
一度訪問しているので、重厚な造りにも少し馴れた感じで入店…前回と違いかなりの繁昌ぷりで満席とかで大丈夫なのかなと少し心配になるも、速攻でこじんまりした個室ご案内…とっても落ち着きます。

初めての後輩くんに日替り松花堂をゴリ推ししてしまいました。限定の松花堂を揃ってオーダー！
少し待ちますが、勤務先から近いので平気です。配膳され、揚物が少し遅れます。揃ったところで撮影…、全部入れるために立ち上がらないといけないくらいです。
では、『いただきます』それぞれがそつなく旨い！もう説明は不要でしょう。『ごちそうさま』
ゆったりと流れる時間と美味しい料理に満足して後にします。
評価は前年は少し雰囲気に飲まれていたところもあり、是正してこんな感じです。
まずまずの高スタートで、いい一年を予感させます。
